Susegad Consulting

Susegad is a concept from Goa, India. Connected to the Portuguese word sossegado (quiet, peaceful, calm, tranquil), susegad suggests a state of contentment or equanimity and a relaxed and unhurried or unburdened attitude towards life. Susegad describes an approach that is less an individual experience and more a social way of being. 

Susegad Consulting is the name of an independent consulting and coaching practice run by Dr Ruth De Souza and Dr Danny Butt, which will launch in 2027.
